"Instant Download" Orders
If you purchased an item that grants immediate access to a download link and are having problems accessing your files, please contact me via the link below.
All downloadable sales are final and are not eligible for refunds, cancellations, or exchanges.
Personalized Printable PDF Orders
Design swaps and cancellations of personalized printable orders (where I customize your PDF and email it to you) are accepted until a digital file or link to download has been emailed.

Printed Games & Stationery Orders
You may request a design swap or cancellation of a printed game or stationery order as long as I've not yet emailed your digital proof.
If your digital proof has been emailed but you'd like to cancel the order before it goes to print, I'll refund the printing costs' portion of your order. The design portion is non-refundable.
Once you approve your digital proofs and your order goes to print, it is no longer eligible for any design swaps, quantity changes, or cancellations.
Your approval of the digital proof relinquishes me from responsibility for typos or other errors. So please examine them with the utmost diligence. It's best to have multiple sets of eyes look them over before giving me the go ahead to enter the printing phase, as no refunds are given for missed errors.
Also ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout, as refunds are not given for orders that are lost in the mail or arrive late due to incorrect addresses.
Finally, everyone's screens are different. The colors in your digital proof may print differently in the final product. Please be aware that color discrepancies are not sufficient to warrant a refund.
In the rare event that your printed games or stationery order is visibly damaged upon receipt, please refuse the package & let me know.
Your paper goods will be shrink wrapped to keep moisture out & shipped in a nice, sturdy box. But in the unlikely event that they're damaged or defective, please contact me right away!
Need A Do Over?
I'll Cover The Costs to Re-Ship:
- If your order arrived damage.
- If you didn't receive everything you ordered.
I'll Ask That You Cover The Costs To Re-Ship:
- If you seek a replacement or exchange for reasons other than damage or missing pieces as described above.
- If you provided an incorrect shipping address at checkout.
- If UPS claims that your package was delivered, but you didn't receive it.
