"Instant Download" Orders

If you purchased an item that grants immediate access to a download link and are having problems accessing your files, please contact me via the link below.

All downloadable sales are final and are not eligible for refunds, cancellations, or exchanges. 

Personalized Printable PDF Orders

Design swaps and cancellations of personalized printable orders (where I customize your PDF and email it to you) are accepted until a digital file or link to download has been emailed

Printed Games & Stationery Orders

You may request a design swap or cancellation of a printed game or stationery order as long as I've not yet emailed your digital proof. 

If your digital proof has been emailed but you'd like to cancel the order before it goes to print, I'll refund the printing costs' portion of your order. The design portion is non-refundable.

Once you approve your digital proofs and your order goes to print, it is no longer eligible for any design swaps, quantity changes, or cancellations.

Your approval of the digital proof relinquishes me from responsibility for typos or other errors. So please examine them with the utmost diligence. It's best to have multiple sets of eyes look them over before giving me the go ahead to enter the printing phase, as no refunds are given for missed errors. 

Also ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout, as refunds are not given for orders that are lost in the mail or arrive late due to incorrect addresses.

Finally, everyone's screens are different. The colors in your digital proof may print differently in the final product. Please be aware that color discrepancies are not sufficient to warrant a refund.

Damaged Goods?

Your printed games + stationery will be shrink wrapped to keep moisture out & shipped in a nice, sturdy box. But in the unlikely event that they're damaged or defective, please contact us right away.

Need A Do Over?

We'll Cover The Costs to Re-Ship:

  • If your order arrived damage.
  • If you didn't receive everything you ordered.

We'll Ask That You Cover The Costs To Re-Ship:

  • If you seek a replacement or exchange for reasons other than damage or missing pieces as described above.
  • If you provided an incorrect shipping address at checkout.
  • If UPS claims that your package was delivered, but you didn't receive it.

Wrong / Insufficient Addresses

If your order is returned to us because an incorrect address was entered at checkout (or if the courier deems your address as insufficient), we are happy to re-ship, at your expense. In the event that a package is lost in transit due to an incorrect or insufficient address and never returns to us, we will need to place a new order altogether, at your expense. Refunds are not issued nor are cancelations accepted for orders with address entry errors.

Lost Packages

If your order does not arrive within the specified estimated delivery timeframe, please check with the responsible courier to see if they have it at their facilities. It's also worth double checking the address on your invoice with the one they have for your tracking number. If the package still can't be found, we are happy to cover the cost of the replacement, if a claim is filed within 3 weeks of your estimated delivery date.

Not Happy With Print?

If we shipped the wrong product or it arrived damaged or defective, please email us within 3 weeks of receipt, and we'll take care of you. However, we cannot accommodate exchanges or returns for non-defective product, for accidentally choosing the wrong size at checkout, or other reasons beyond our control. In such cases, a new order must be placed.

Unclaimed Packages

If your order goes unclaimed by the courier & is returned to us, you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment.
